MEMBERS GUNDOG TRAINING DAYS OUT

The videos you see below are posted here for you to see some of Philippa’s dogs and members dogs on training days out.  It is important to remember when viewing its not ‘all about the retrieve’ but how we support the dog (and in some cases handlers) to achieve the end goal without causing confusion and conflict for the dogs, but clarity and education.  You will see intricate handling abilities and reading of the dogs body language on difficult terrain.  (Prior to this exercises have been built up to enable the dogs to mark, hold the mark, recognise ground as they approach it after running through undulations, difficult terrain, up banks and more, learning to use the wind, become steady when the desire and drive at the side of the handler can sometimes be so over whelming, run safely and return in straight lines with a clean delivery).  Any questions we will be happy to talk about.  If you attend a training day any videoing is only by consent & must not be used on any social media & only shared within the WhatsApp group
