Castlemans Gundogs 'are' Dogs for Life

CLASSES

The following terms and conditions are in the interests of all participants and their dogs, and by registering for a class with Castlemans Gundogs 'are' Dogs for Life, you agree to the following:

 

 

  1. Dogs are to be kept on a lead unless instructed otherwise.

  2. A designated toilet area for your dogs will be advised on arrival. (Please take home any pickups).

  3. Should a dog relieve themselves before or during class please pick up at all times and take home.

  4. Do not bring a sick dog or a bitch in season to class. 

  5. Should your dogs mental health change ie Aggression or other behaviours occur please contact us prior to attending class.(Always seek your vets advice should new behaviours such as this emerge).

  6. Do not allow your dog to approach other dogs uninvited. 

  7. Castlemans Gundogs 'are' Dogs for Life has  the right to ask the owner to leave(without a refund) if we feel there is risk to others or inappropriate action is been taken.

  8. Harsh handling is strongly discouraged. If it continues after an initial warning, the dog and owner will be asked to leave (without a refund).

  9. Castlemans Gundogs 'are' Dogs for Life cannot accept responsibility of any injury, loss or damage to person, dog(s) or property that occurs whilst attending a class.  

  10. The terrain may vary from venue to venue from wet slippery grass, uneven ground, steep banks etc therefore appropriate footwear and clothing should be worn at all times. 

  11. Children under 18 years old may attend only by prior arrangement and with adult supervision.

  12. All bookings by arrangement only and a deposit paid by BACS on booking which secures your place.  We have the right to cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances at short notice.  Balance to be paid in full a minimum of 2 days prior to the lesson.

  13. Refunds:  Cancellations made by the participant with less than 24 hours notice will still incur the full fee

  14. If you have to bring other dogs other that the one you are training, please ensure that they are quiet and settled in your vehicle.

Please read the Classes section above and in addition note that:

 

  1. FULL Payment is due 48 hours prior to your sessions.

  2. Should you be running late, please inform us of your delay if possible. It may still be feasible to run the session, although your session may not be extended beyond your booked slot.

  3. If for any reason you need to cancel your lesson, please contact us as soon as you know. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still incur the full fee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Castlemans Gundogs 'are' Dogs for Life Gundog may take photos or videos for social media, advertising or instructional use (which in some cases may be part of the learning event itself). If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos at all, please let us know at the beginning of an event.
